Change of Mind Returns

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be:

• Unworn or unused
• In its original packaging

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method (minus the original shipping cost). Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return to Sender Policy

Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If you choose to cancel the order instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
